This one is an original .32 caliber Colt revolver. This is the style referred to by collectors as the "New Line 32” model revolver. These were made from 1873 until 1884 and they made approximately 22,000. This one is the second model of production and has serial numbers of 15,067 which would have been made in 1879. You can also see the 1874 patent date near the serial number stamp. A handy little gun they fire five shots. This one has the original wooden grips intact. The action of the gun works crisply on all of the positions. The frame has a fine look with some of the original nickel finish. The top of the barrel has the Colt mark and the Hartford production location. This is a nice original gun for the price.
