COMPLETE SHEET OF 5! City of Richmond, Virginia 10 Cent Notes From 1862

Here is a great display piece! It is an original sheet of five bank notes from the "THE CITY OF RICHMOND" of the state of Virginia. The notes were printed for the amount of 10 Cents each. They were issued on April 14th 1862and is so printed on the top right hand side of each note. This is right in the heart of a town that would become one of the fiercest battles of the Civil War, Richmond. It is correctly hand signed and numbered in ink. These notes are printed on the front side and were left blank on the reverse which are referred top as being "Uniface". The notes are on the sheet and in fine unissued condition and they display beautifully. This sheet of five bank notes measures approximately 13-34ths inches by 7 inches in overall size. It comes in an acid free holder for display and preservation.
