Here is a piece that will enhance your gun if you don't have one. This is a modern made reproduction based on an original linen and leather shoulder sling for a Confederate military rifle. This is the style that was designed by the Southerners for their guns. It is the length that would fit and look great on a Mississippi style military rifle. It also fits a Fayetteville , Cook or many other Southern made rifles. The Union versions are made of leather but these have a linen body with leather to reinforce the length adjustment holes. This one has the iron hook on one end and it has the leather look on the other end. The leather is the center displays well. It measures 40 inches in overall length.
