Here is a bullet you don't see offered very often. It is the metallic cartridge for the scarce Sharps & Hankins carbine or rifle. It is the pattern listed as figure #72 in the McKee & Mason bullet book. It if the .54 caliber cartridge that went into the unique design of the Sharps & Hankins gun. It is .54 caliber. The bullet has a nice look. The verbal history that accompanied this bullet is that it was found in the 1960's in the Battle of Chancellorsville, Virginia area. Chancellorsville was a battle between the Confederate forces of Robert E. Lee and Union General Joseph Hooker on April 30th until May 6, 1863. Don't miss this one.
