Here is your chance at a Cool Confederate belt buckle that is gorgeous. It is the version illustrated as figure #165 in Mullinax’ book on Confederate belt buckles. These are referred to by collectors as the "Beveled-Edge” frame buckle. The edges of the buckle are beveled which not only gives them a better look but the buckle is less likely to cut into the leather belt. What is special about this buckle is that it is in non-excavated condition. You see them fairly regularly in excavated condition but it has been years since we have been able to offer a non-excavated one. This one has a gorgeous untouched patina all over as you can see. It is exceptional in all regards. This one is a keeper!
